Presentation will be By Derek Hughes of Minimax on:
1) Clean agent options (Review different types, advantages and disadvantages and applications)
2) Data center fire suppression options (How to utilize High pressure clean agent systems to minimize cost when applied in new applications and when used for converting existing halon system to approved clean agent systems that meet current standards).
3) Alarm release panels and detection options.

Bio Derek Hughes
Derek is the Western Regional Sales Manager for Minimax Viking Group in the fire protection industry. He has a bachelors degree in fire protection and safety from Oklahoma State University.
Derek started his career working for a distributor in Indianapolis where he was the corporate Engineered system salesman for the company. After a few years he moved to Utah and accepted a position for as a territory manager for Tyco Fire Protection Products. He was responsible for all Ansul and Pyro-Chem products across five states in the west. He came on board with Minimax in July of 2014 where he manages the western region of the United States.
